Mera Einstein, developed by Inicrea Technologies, is a college counseling platform backed by machine learning technology and designed to navigate students through the whole college application process. It integrates personalized counseling, essay feedback, and progress tracking with the help of smart AI tools and integrations such as Google Workspace.

Challenge

During our process of building Mera Einstein, we faced several critical aspects of the development that influenced the eventual design and functionality of the platform.

Balancing advanced features of AI and usability needed a lot of prioritization in order to ensure a smooth user experience right from the start.
A seamless integration with the essential tools such as Google Workspace required high technical precision and coordination.
Creating individualized workflows for students, counselors, and content writers involved bringing several user journeys into a single system.
Assigning counselors to students manually created operational difficulty and made it difficult to scale efficiently with user growth.
Only a limited set of integrations were included, reducing the flexibility to expand or adapt quickly.

Result

A functional core platform was delivered that covers vital workflows for students, counselors, and content writers for real-time collaboration and task planning.
AI-enabled capabilities such as essay analysis, profile insights, and extracurricular credibility scoring were incorporated in order to test user value and viability.
The integration with Google Meet and Drive simplified the scheduling of sessions, sharing of documents, and the relationship between the counselors and students.
The MVP was set up to gather user behavior data and feedback, which is currently used to iterate and determine priorities for further phases.
The developed platform is technically sound and ready to scale when the number of users grows.
